By signing up with and/or utilizing any Uncensor.net service, you agree to be bound by the following terms of this document and the terms of the other named policies included herein by reference and to keep updated on changes as these policies may change at any time.

Individual Uncensor.net Accounts

Uncensor.net accounts are not dedicated connections and are subject to timing out of the connection.

You may not resell Uncensor.net services to anyone, whether or not you receive compensation, be it monetary or otherwise, without prior written authorization from Uncensor.net. Instead, please refer them back to us, or apply to become an affiliate.

Subscriptions

By subscribing to the Services, you agree to become a subscriber ("Subscriber") for the period you have elected. A full list of subscription plans and pricing is available on the Site. Uncensor.net reserves the right to amend subscription fees or institute new fees at any time upon reasonable advance notice posted on the Site or by means of announcements via email or Telegram channels or any other ways of communication. Any changes to the pricing will not affect the Subscriber's current subscription period and will become effective upon subscription renewal.

Some crypto may be volatile during transaction processing time, and also transaction fees (blockchain transaction fees) might affect final amount that we receive. By subscribing to our service, you accept to bear any additional fees resulting from paying in a different cryptocurrency than USDT\USDC\DAI stablecoins.

Refund Policy

For transactions made via credit or debit cards, you may cancel your account with a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase ("Money Back Guarantee"). These refunds are processed automatically and without question.

For cryptocurrency transactions, refund requests will be manually reviewed. If we suspect any potential abusive activity regarding refund requests, we may deny the refund at our sole discretion. Refunds, if approved, are processed within seven (7) days in the original currency to the original payment address; however, if that address cannot be used, the refund may be sent to the user's Telegram account in USDT.

Acceptable Use Policy

Uncensore.net desires that all members reasonably use its service. To that end, any customer who puts unreasonable demands upon the service may be curtailed in order to ensure the best possible service for all members.

If a member appears to be unable to maintain a reasonable use of the service, or engages in any Prohibited Activities provided for below, Uncensore.net may cancel, suspend or decline to renew service for that member without notice. A termination fee may also be assessed. It is within Uncensore.net's sole discretion to determine what comprises unreasonable use.

Prohibited Activities

Uncensore.net prohibits the use of any of its services in any of the following ways:

  • Spamming (e-mail, Usenet, message boards, etc.)
  • Defamatory or abusive language that advocates bigotry, religious, racial or ethnic hatred
  • Publishing or sharing materials that are unlawfully pornographic or indecent
  • IP Spoofing
  • Illegal or unauthorized access to other computers or networks (i.e. hacking)
  • Distribution of Internet viruses, worms or other destructive activities
  • All other illegal activities

Torrenting and Peer to Peer Connections

We only allow torrenting on servers with the "Torrenting" or "P2P" label. Torrenting on any other server greatly impacts other users and may lead to suspension without prior notice.

Limitations of Liability

Uncensore.net shall not be liable and shall not have responsibility of any kind to any Subscriber or other individual for any loss or damage that you incur in the event of:

  • any failure or interruption of the Site or Service;
  • any act or omission of any Third Party involved in making the Site or Service or the data contained therein available to you;
  • any other cause relating to your access or use, or inability to access or use, any portion of the Site or its Content;
  • your interactions on the Site or Service;
  • your failure to comply with this Agreement;
  • the cost of procurement of substitute goods or services; or
  • unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, whether or not the circumstances giving rise to such cause may have been within the control of Uncensore.net or of any vendor providing software, services, or support for the Site or Service.

In no event will Uncensore.net, its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, members, officers, or employees be liable for any direct, special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or for any other loss or damages of any kind, even if they have been advised of the possibility thereof. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Indemnify and Hold Harmless

You are responsible for all actions that occur regarding your account. As a condition of service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uncensore.net, its officers, employees, agents, shareholders and partners for any cause of action out of your account with use or your use of the service.
